I high advise looking into your local adults with disabilities programs if you’re looking to hire someone to help prep. My first hire was an adult with Aspergers who lived next door. He had a job coach come with him and did an amazing job labeling products! The state subsidized their programming and you just pay the employee but someone is there to help them and answer questions etc. 100% worth it!

Never heard of this program before and i hope my area has one. it sounds great to me! I’m just getting started right now but when i get to the point where I’m hiring help I’ll definitely be looking into this. Thanks for the info good stuff.

In California, Alta regional would be a good place to look. California mentor program also.

      Noticed body said anything.
Just means to start by buying a few of many different items, instead of a whole bunch of a few.
As you find success you can “go deeper” (buy more units) of the items you know sell well.
      Hope that helps!

I always hear about mentors in every industry but never see instructions on how to connect with one. Can someone provide ideas on how to connect with someone reputable and legit with the Amazon business?

Hi Warner, I don`t understand why these VAs keep working for a salary whereas the could use their learnt sourcing skills to earn 10X more running their own AMZ store.
Any tips on how to retain VAs?

This is a great question. A fantastic wage in a place like the Philippines is 180$ a week. It’s not enough though to be able to start your own Amazon business. A Va can maybe start saving up to a few thousand and then get going but it’s not too likely. Think of how many people don’t start their business. For your Va it might be safer and better to just have a high paying job.

My Va doesn’t quit. She lives in the Philippines and she’s better off working for a wage, than taking the risks I take. I’m close to bankruptcy after selling on amz for 10 years, and she’s doing fine

It does but when you do a lot of volume it can still be a lot of money. Walmart only makes about 3 % profit but on 500 billion thats still 15 billion profit
