The stakes are hundreds of thousands of dollars and custoners can't prove a crime, they just have to trust a stranger. not exactly the same as ordering from a store and having paypal to refund you if it doesn't arrive.

Meaning he clearly doesn’t care about the money aspect of it, as he’s never making money from it, but he wants to make sure he isn’t paying $1k for a pack and only getting $100 worth of cards from it.
