Fantastic result😅...I have the Adam studio monitors too and the sound is awesome!!!
I didn't like the idea of suspending a panel above my head, I made my own and they're quite heavy. So I got a mattress topper for a single bed (a bit like a padded fitted sheet), stapled it to the ceiling and filled it with dense pillows and cushions. It works great, and if it gives way, it won't break my neck!
It really improved the audio in the room, I can hear what I'm doing with great clarity at volumes so low that you can barely hear it when standing in the doorway. It definitely made the most difference, much more than the panels on the walls.
It has screws in the 4 corners, I hope that is strong enough to avoid it falling down 😅
