This is a great channel...and with some of the finest sarcasm on UA-cam.
sarcarsm and irony, left hand hammer (bigger) and right hand hammer (faster) :p
This is that Balkan finese :)

Agree totally. M539Restorations, Bad Obsession Motorsport and Smith & Sniff and my Monday is aced.
If I learned anything it's that swearing in German is integral to the restoration process for BMWs.
How could the car understand your frustration if you don't communicate in the right language? 😅
😅😅😅😅😅
ScheiBe happens!
Dofia musst oba Boarisch redn!
Sheiße!
It's a European car it understands at least three languages.
This is what UA-cam is meant for. Love it.
Give that man a blueberry muffin! 🧁
I call him the Beamer Guru😎
Project Binky and this channel are the only one's where i don't skip through the videos.
More specifically Bad Obsession Motorsports and this channel ✌️
Definitely.
It is because he gives us a content through the entire video same here. He even made an effort answering a question about my own bmw which even fairly new still needs some preventive maintenance.
Love watching BOM too!
Tyrrell's Garage as well, I always watch the whole video because he just seems so nice and charming. 🙂
My wife is watching Friends reruns, I found better jokes here :) Good job two thumbs up
By far my favorite channel on UA-cam, and it’s not because I like fixing cars or think BMW is a better car than the rest. It’s your humour and editing skills and the knowledge of what you are doing.
Great stuff!!!
I LIKE YOUR VIDEOS especially the BMW E38 750iL Project. Thank you for this Brilliant Your UA-cam Channel.
The progress on this car is unbelivable, hard to believe where it started at! This is one of the best channels on UA-cam in my opinion.
Just got a pizza and this popped up, this is gonna be a good day!
Same for me pizza, and a big screen
hahahah same here my pizza was just rdy
It sure was, time well spent!
@@masterspacetime2826 well aren't you a cool dude

Why do I enjoy watching a German gentleman working on German BMWs properly? Because it's fitting.
A car restoration video that's 30mins long.. And absolutely a joy to watch... No stupid trap rap music over tunes needed 👌
What a great way to start the day
3:04 "let's see some valves flying through that hood"
After binge watching all your videos i can tell you would cry in fetal position on the side of the road
Your videos (cross between top gear, wheeler dealer and BOM) could be twice as long and I would still watch them without skipping.
Thank you!
This BMW E38 has to be one of the most beautiful cars ever designed. Waouw, just waouw!
I’m watching you doing all the fiddly work with the dashboard LCD screen and just imagining myself breaking all the plastic tabs and ruining the whole thing.
I would just buy the whole thing or leave it as it is. This guy is a perfectionist and a real enthusiast
@@vojvoda-draza Looking at his featured cars, this kinda perfectionism does pay big time though ...
Some guy at BMW hopefully lost their job over these. This is the shittiest type of connection your 2 dollar pocket calculator uses and very cheap keyboards... both of which do not survive reassembly because of it. The damn thing is mounted by pressure... connectors BMW? you go all out on those every friggin place in these cars and the display cluster is just a throwaway item like this? the average 50 dollar laptop uses better ribbon cables with braces... FFS
I did mine. Every single needle pulled out of the motors. They kinda work ok, but my lcd screen is readable now.
I had to do back a couple of times to see the "problem". Effort to benefit ratio on that specific piece of work extremely low.
Can’t wait for you to do this full time....:)
D L - 100% agreed!
17:17 Not a single dead pixel, this man's a perfectionist.
What a great weekend! First this video drops, than Harry's Garage and Ammo NYC. Plenty of content to watch!
This is without doubt, the best channel on UA-cam. Can’t wait to see the finished result!
Zip-tie trick on those clips is the sort of info i need!! Real pain to disassemble a cluster that has never been taken apart before.
This channel is medicine for my soul
Coommming up..a scottish bus driver finishes work at 00.25am...then watches a genius...then finds out the clocks go back in UK an hour so he can watch this video twice in a row.....thank you my friend 👍❤
I really like that you do everything by yourself :)
"And nothing broke" is something you never hear when taking things off a BMW lol. I broke EVERY clip on the front passenger door panel replacing the inside handle on my 328i.
I living in Qatar for over 10 years and true all of these years I have repaired a lot of cars and resold them. So everything Sreten saw on this car from mechanical repair, glued parts, interior, and cosmetical repair in Arab countries was considered a good repair. Believe it or not. How many times have I seen some Indian, Bangladesh or Nepali mechanical worker do some mind-blowing stuff to car just to repair some simple thing. 🤯 If anyone reads this and thinking of buying a car from the Middle East because is cheaper than his country, trust me there is a really good reason why is it like this.
The hack jobs on this car you keep uncovering have been amazing.
"Feast on the magnificence". That should be the tagline for this channel.
I love that it's not all perfect world with your videos. No fun watching a perfect car stay perfect. Much better seeing the signs of age and wear being tended to.
Keep them coming Sreten.
I am a big fan of old BMWs and you are prolly the only guy that i would buy a car from...you are joy to watch
The surgeon of restoration for BMW.
I don’t think I ever get as excited as I do when I see that there’s a new video out on M539 channel. Makes my friggin week!!
I like your Videos, yesterday I come home from work, take a shower and than make a coffee and start the video. Nice Channel I also a BMW enthusiast👍🏼 regards from Freiburg 🇩🇪
I live in Dubai. I bought myself a 2006 760 that was in bad shape. The difference between myself and @M539 is that I will never be able to do the repairs and restoration myself. The good news is that there are endless garages around here that can do it!
It's a pleasure watching you apply your skills and sense of humour on these beautiful cars in your beautiful country. The videos are very appealing and I look forward to more!
You're the first UA-camr i've ever subscribed to. Excellent quality, keep it up! :)
Thank you
Please even if big money some day starts floating in, be one of the very few guys who never change. Love your work and style. :>
I just addicted to your videos. I wish you health and money!
Just keep what you are doing!
That’s the most expertly applied touch-up paint I’ve ever witnessed.
One of the absolute best car youtubers!
yesssssss quality content for the weekend
The patience and precision of a watchmaker👍
29 mins of Saturday afternoon entertainment !!!!!!!
I love your videos. It's like a form of meditation for me. Entertaining yet calming and amusing all at the same time. Love your work 😊
Ahh. Still a pleasure to get that notification.
Damn the 30min just flied..... Nice touch on the display, and also the comment of copper grease on the disks replacement. Can’t wait for the Nurburgring lap. Keep up uploading your videos. They are super!!!!
Just the best looking saloon ever imo. 👍👌
Here we go! I SO gonna keep this for tonight when i have time to sit back and enjoy. Can't wait.
I appreciate your content so much man. So much love, detail and passion is rare and it shows in your uploads big time.
That BMW is in better shape than ever and besides that absolute eye candy . Stay save!
Best car Chanel on youtube, I get excited every time I see notification that you uploaded a new video! Keep up the excellent work.
Thanks
The
You are a hell of a mechanic. No words
What a joy to see a spare wheel in the trunk.
The videos just keep getting better !
Just my personal experience, for what it’s worth , but applying a little smear of ATE PLASTILUBE on the shaft of the guide pin bolts makes for even slightly smoother brake feel.
Also, the TEXTAR PADS are fine, but I’ve found using ATE CERAMIC PADS not only pretty well eliminates unsightly brake dust, but ALSO helps brake comfort, noise ( vibration minimisation) and rotor life.
Ps. The Zimmerman rotors you fitted are the absolute best premium quality you can buy !!
" nothing broke, interesting... "
thats working on car's in a nutshell
100%! Although often added on is "...other than my skin" for good measure!
I thank the great UA-cam algorithm for showing me this channel when watching Tavarish but you're the German version of it. I love it! Subscribed
First I would like to say that I don't own a BMW. I found your channel...not sure how but now I am hook! I enjoy watching you repair these beautiful machines
l still cant find out why some people dislike these videos, this is literally perfection, keep it up legend, you're the goat in this shit
Well, E38s are my favorite bmw series, so i say that im in love with your series! It’s sad that project dubai is ending, but im happy to see that you gave this baby a proprr treatment!! Hopefully you’ll br able to make more interesting content like you always do!! Cheers from São Paulo, Brazil!
I have so much respect for you. You speak different languages and you really know how to work. The universe gave you a great skill for sure. I love you even if I'm a man. ❤️
Guys like You, adn Andrew Carmata have no fear..but a desire to fix and understand the path..you have my admiration Mate...
Thank you for not smearing anti-seize onto the hub... so many people think they're smarter than BMW and all the professional service manuals (like TIS) and put that crap everywhere.
love it! Keep going with the same spirit!💪 You made my day
If only there were bmw mechanics like you around the UK !
I know nothing about cars but somehow I got hooked on every series on this channel. hopefully, I can buy an old BMW in the future and restore it myself
Dude, I would trust you working on my car any day.... As always, great Vid!!!
My favourite channel
Only 480 Euros for the PDR!! Wow, in the California Bay Area, I have to pay around $80-100 per dent ( as long as they are under 2cm). I love this channel, I could watch a new video every day.
You are awesome, you are so knowledgeable and your voice is very soothing, please never stop because am i going to need you this winter when i get to all the maintenance needed on my N54..
"How can i move the whole car with a plastic trim!?" lmao got me cracking
It basically tells you what quality plastic BMW used for its trims.
@@Mr.Riffian Yeah on the older cars i suppose, these days i feel like anything cracks if i look at it the wrong way
28:01 - Hahaha done that a few times on my E38 lol.
life suddenly gets better when i see you uploaded a new video
Always a treat to watch! Forget the E60, you need an E90 or E9x project!! :)
Ninja Flip... every video you make me smile and want one (an E38 that is) ... what a superb car this once was... and still is... just look at the ugly mother BMW now dares to call the 7-series. They missed the point WHY the Chinese buy BMW, MERC etc... now all are trying to cuddle them by adding grotesk details. Not so with this E38. Love your work...
"Hello people... Feast on the magnificence!" 😂
This is one of 3 amazing, non-natively English speaking European channels I watch.
The others being Diagnose Dan and D3Sshooter.
Loving the work. All them cuts are worth the final product. Looking forward to the next episode.
Cooooming up
Ah, yes, the traditional Balkan method: hit it with a hammer. :D
you know the difference between car mecanics, truck mecanics and tractor mecanics...
size of the hammer...

i asked him once in which category he is...
answer "really depends if the subject is cooperative or not"
I'm guessing that these cars are worth a lot more in Europe than they are in Canada or the USA. I don't know how much money he put into this car but he does the BEST work I could even ever imagine being done on an older BMW for resale. I would be proud to pay top money for a car reconditioned by him! Excellent work EVERY TIME!
Excellent. So satisfying to watch. Something quite special about the old generation bmw 's
I canceled going to the cinema with a friend just to watch your video
You have cinemas? Wow! .....Melbourne 🤦🏻♂️

"First thing you need to do is make sure your hair is good" *cries in baldness*
I absolutely love that body design.
After many years of working on cars I have come to realise my big mistake and why I get so stressed ? It’s the fact that I never do the ninja spin and great hair combination before commencing a task, it’s now going to be part of my daily routine 😉 in all areas of my life. Thank God for German ingenuity, innovation and sarcasm which sadly I know I don’t have 😂, fantastic video and as always a pleasure to watch 👌Vorsprung Durch Technik , sorry wrong brand 😂😂.
"How can I move the whole car with a plastic trim?"
German engineering: Plastic trim so strong, a car can be moved by it
Car is as easily as safely liftable with any doorskirt attached to crane .... it's a Bimmer after all. (Which translates into "unnecessarily difficult to work on", as usual in Bimmers ....)
@@manfredschmalbach9023 agree with you on the point of unnecessarily difficult to work on...
Took me about 1 hour just to change a lightbulb on an F30 due to needing to remove the interior trim
@@senpai5157 I still can't understand what rides car constructing people to fear visible screw fastening (which would make removing panels/trim/skirting tremendously more easy) like the devil fears holy water .... as a boatbuilder I would loose my job in an eyeblink would I deliberately build things as unaccessible and as hard to work on.
@@manfredschmalbach9023 I take it you havent tried to uninstall and install a Mercedes interior then. Its the definition of overengineered.
@@admiralfloofz658 I actually have a T1N Sprinter RV conversion and a W 211 Transporter as well as a couple elder 109, 110, 113 and 107 in my fleet. So, I did try. Wasn't so bad. The elder, the easier.

When the next episode of E60 M5?
Not so soon. I forgot how many times I explained.
@@M539Restorations It's okay man don't put any pressure on yourself, we are here for any bit of content you are creating.
That dent removal guy was super impressive!
Never seen a collapsible creeper before. Love your videos man. I got 4 bimmers and still hanging on to my e46 in hopes of similar restorations one day. 277k miles, runs like a charm and no check engine lights.
still waiting for the M5 update....
E60? If yes then he said he will continue on that when project dubai is over
Careful what you wish for, once you start with an M5, you never finish...
How was the contact surface of the screen that dirty tho 💀
He mentioned that from the factory they're glued together, and the glue goes bad over the years. That's why the fix-kit instructed to just press the contacts together with the spacers.
Best looking 7 series ever!
Loved the video; and missed your commentary too. You're a credit to BMW fans everywhere.
Stay Safe everyone.
So satisfying to watch - and that it's bringing back one of bmw's greatest is even better.
Love the quality of the work and the humour. Superb.
Found random channel fixing bmw now i like your videos keep up the good work
Another top tip to put more pressure on the ribbon cable is to use the rubbery straw/string you get when you buy a standard puncture repair kit for your bike tire. Used that successfully in my Saab!
Ja ne razumem u čemu je fora.
Ne razumem se u aute ni malo.
