No. When someone begins to charge at you with a knife, you don't use a non lethal. Non lethals are for non life threatening situations. Everyone who carries are a firearm is taught to use it if your life is in imminent danger. Person charging at you with a butchers knife = eminent danger.

After watching the video, I am taking the side of the woman who got shot and killed. She was carrying two knives in their direction and was not "charging them" and they shot her. Personally, in this instance, I would not only fire the cops, but I would have them arrested for manslaughter and send them down the river for 15-25 years. I carry a tactical blade with me in my hand when I go outside at night to feed the stray cats at work, if a cop sees me with it and tells me to drop it, and then starts shooting (literally) less than a second later without giving me a chance to comply, who is at fault here ?
