I think the 2022 monza livery they had was pretty good as well. Not sth radical, but looked really good and I'd hope that would be their regular livery.

If a huge worldwide known company wants to spend money to put their sticker on your car, regardless of status, any manufacturer would accept it. You never have enough sponsors in the world of motorsports.

@@andrupka8749 tbh i dont think newey will go to ferrari. i was just making a joke because they are all so hyped about it already. I consider the yacht option the most likely and aston martin project as a close second.
in any case he wont even be allowed to work on the concept of the 26 car as the earliest joining date would be the start of 26 when the car is mostly done already.... so i dont see why he would want to do that.

They should learn from McLaren about meeting expectations for one off livery. That Gulf livery is how you bring iconic livery back.

@@EL1TEHD1 williams is two dark shades of blue, vcarb is a slightly dark shade of blue, red bull is a very dark shade of blue, and alpine is more carbon than blue but still blue.

Don’t get me wrong it looks amazing but it just feel like there is so much missed potential like they could have done what you showed in that image and replaced the red with white but no they didn’t do that

An all baby blue Ferrari would’ve been one of the most iconic liveries in the last 20 years. I can’t believe how hard they missed.
Is it just me or have the past few years of "special" liveries all been really disappointing? The only livery that actually felt special and notably different since the Gulf Mclaren was the Golf Williams.
Maybe remove the red and have it white and you know may be add as well that miami sunset vibes

I think I know the main reason why there wasn't enough blue in that livery, they ran out of cyan.
It was always going to be accents, Ferrari even said this themselves so we only have ourselves to blame for hyping ourselves up.
Also, the comparison to the pink Alpine is so over-exaggerated. At least you can tell that there have been changes to this car. Personally, I think it looks nice.

I like it. It’s elegantly subtle yet preserves the dominant Ferrari Red which fans all over the world have come to love and expect on any car from the Scuderia.

I saw a little bit of free practice on Friday and the first thing I thought when I saw this livery was how ugly it looked! I actually recoiled a little bit! The red and the blue clashes way too much. They should have either gone all in with the blue or simply not bothered at all!
If they swapped the blue and red around I honestly think it would've been great.
Probably a combination of budgets vs weight of the add-on livery lines and the old school mucky mucks not wanting the iconic Ferrari scarlet being diluted. I agree, a full sky-blue Ferrari would have been awesome
I just really don’t like the HP sticker as part of the livery, just doesn’t go. If they only got half the money for a sponsor deal where they kept the blue out, that’d be worth it

I knew we were never gonna get an all blue SF24. If anything I’m shocked that everyone else thought we were??? Sure we had that *one* blue white ferrari in the 70s, but they were clearly going with something more along the lines of the older 60s F1 designs and their road race cars. Red with light blue accents, full blue attire. There is hype, and then there’s not reading the design intent.
Small addition: yeah the livery hasn’t grown on me either lol, bit more or less blue could’ve been nice. But I wasn’t expecting that much more either.

The side doesn't look terrible, could use a bit more, the sidepod upper side is quite nice, but that front wing.... terrible.

Wow... Underwhelming indeed. Seeing the original livery that is inspired on, they could've have the livery with dark blue sidepods and the center in white. That with the light blue overalls would be awesome.
Instead it's just some blue accents and lines and... Yeah. Kinda meh.
