best tutorial for aws seriously if any one want to learn concept of cloud (aws), just go through this vedios. i have done online as well as ofline class on aws from banagalore still they are not teach many things.

2. A, M and T are three series of general purpose instance
3. M5 model of M series have option for large amount of RAM

1- Default instances that can be allocated in any region is upto 20 only. If one wants to maximise it then on special request it can be increased.
2- General purpose has three instances types- MAT that is A-Series M-series T-series
3-M5 series has the highest RAM ranges from 8 to 384(max)
