Stress from his job being in jeopardy
I know there are two camps from Niner fans. One camp is for Jimmy G and other is goodbye Jimmy G. I am from the "let see how Jimmy G plays" camp. Before you jimmy G fanboy and fangirls go at me, I just want to say that I dont hate him at all. He is the greatest professional athlete I have ever seen. The key word is professional. With all that is happen to him during the past few months, he is still professional enough to not act bitter and offended and such. Seems like a great person and a great teamate. Very easy to root for the guy to succeed. But lets face it, this year is the last year he will be a Niner. He knows it. We know it. Everybody knows it. People keep on saying Jimmy G is getting replace because he is injury prone QB and not reliable. Though it is true, the reason why he is on the trading block and wont last is because of how he plays. When he follow the script and everything works like it should on offense, he will be able to make plays. But when stuff breaka down, you have to hold your breath and hope he makes plays. Thats the difference between him and Trey Lance or any running QB. I get fustrated sometimes when things break down he misses wide open WR. When O line breaks down he hold on to the ball too long and get sack. If he plays outside of the game plan sometimes then we wouldnt be in this situation. But he is so by the books it is fustrating. So to the Jimmy G fans, he is a great person and a good QB but we need more than just good QB. I hope he be able to win a superbowl with the Niners but in reality, we cant just expect every game to break right for him.
Well I’m hoping the threat of losing his job will light a fire under him. Make him more focused and determined to set the record straight once and for all.
