I don't know why every one is making such a fuss over this I have done my research and I will be buying a Sirena over the rainbow the biggest two reasons being the price difference and no in home sale required

Hi Richard, unfortunately the Rainbow Aqua Mate is not compatible with the Sirena vacuum. However, this carpet cleaner from Prolux is compatible: proluxcleaners.com/products/prolux-storm-universal-carpet-shampoo-system-deisgned-to-fit-hyla-pro-aqua-sirena-ritello-vacuums Let us know if you have any other questions. ~ Team Sirena
I want to buy the sirena vaccum from US and ship it to Romania wich is in EUROPE,do the 10yrs guarantee for the motor still applies, does the guarantee covers any other parts like the bowl wich could break? So the guarantee still applies in EU if i bought it from US?
Hi Dragan, if you purchase a Sirena vacuum in the U.S. and ship it to another country the warranty will be voided. Units sold in the U.S. use different voltage (120v, 60hz) and are not compatible with the Romanian standard (230v, 50hz). We don't have a distributor in Romania yet, but you can contact any of our EU distributors and see if they can send a Sirena to Romania. Units sold through our authorized EU distributors will be compatible with your country's electric standards. If you have any other questions we encourage you to contact customer support at info@sirenainc.com or by calling 1-855-474-7362 (M-F 9am-5pm EST). ~ Team Sirena
+FRANK Szulakiewicz Thank you for your interest in the Sirena system. The difference between any bag-style system (such as Kirby) and water filtration is huge. Sirena uses water as its filter, and since there are no holes to clog (like in bags) it doesn’t lose efficiency. Simply replace the water and it’s like having a brand new system every time. The Sirena system can be purchased in a variety of places including retail stores (sirenasystem.ca/dealer-locator/) and online (sirenavacuum.com/). ~ Team Sirena.
+anggie fernandez The price may differ depending on the market. In Canada and the United States, the MSRP is USD 889. However, the final price is always set by the distributor. We recommend contacting your local Sirena dealer (sirenasystem.com/find-a-dealer/) for all pricing inquiries. All Sirena units are covered by a 10-years warranty. ~ Team Sirena
Additionally will this company be around in 20-30 years? Seeing as that Rexair is still around I have that confidence in them, who knows about this outfit, might be gone before the motor warranty expires.
It seems promising and at affordable price. Problem is you guys don't sell in Bulgaria, which is what...it's bad. Bad for you (no money for you) and also bad for me (no vac cleaner for me) Whatever, I have used a friends Rainbow and it is good, but hell I would never give them 2300 Euro... not ever!!! 650-700 sounds better...
+Zbinev Bjejinski Thank you for your interest! Unfortunately we don't have a dealer in Bulgaria yet. However, if you are interested in purchasing Sirena - we have dealers elsewhere in the European Union that may ship to Bulgaria. Please refer to our dealer locator (sirenasystem.ca/dealer-locator/) to contact the dealers directly. Let us know if you have any other questions! ~ Team Sirena
Hi Laura, Sirena vacuum was never sold through in-home presentations. From the very beginning, it was distributed through retail stores and online. This video is more about showing what the Sirena can do. ~ Team Sirena
This is identical to the Rainbow. Same presentation, same tools and airflow. education. Even the pulling of water out of a jar. Exactly the same. Rainbow has been around since 1936, in fact, invented the process, What do they use for a separator? Even the blow up tool is identical! All they have to do is change the name from Serena to Rainbow and I would not have been able to tell the difference except the machine itself. Copy cats. so where did these guys get their inspiration? From nature? No, from Rainbow.
Boyd Merriman Thank you for taking the time to contact us, and for your observations regarding the Sirena system. You are correct to point out that Sirena is similar (far from identical) to the Rainbow system by Rexair, it is also similar to a few other machines on the market that feature water-based filtration. We firmly believe that the water filtration method is the most efficient one available, as well as the most economical. Apart from Sirena there are no high quality machines that are available to consumers except through in-home presentations by direct market sellers (like the previously mentioned models). There are very few people who enjoy the sales pressure tactics of direct sales, and even less that wish to pay $2000-3000 for such a system. Sirena is sold through retail (often family-owned) outlets at a much more affordable $889. Add to that the fact that Sirena is serviced by these same retailers (try and find your direct sales rep 2 years after he/she sells you), and you get exceptional value. So yes, you could say we were inspired by Rainbow, but designed Sirena to be affordable for the average household. ~Team Sirena.
Sirena - Total Home Cleaning System I have to agree, We just bought a sirena because we had a rainbow presentation in our home... and yea they tried to sell us a vacuum cleaner for around $3k !!! yea uh no... not affordable, then the sales woman bragged about how much money she makes selling the rainbow.... yea thats not cool. I would rather spend $800 or possibly $1k on sirena vacuum cleaner. We just bought our Sirena vacuum for $700 CAD on a labor day special
Nice machine but a Sirena will NOT last 35 years like a Rainbow will . Rainbows are designed and built to last 35 years with regular maintenance.. I know because I have 3 Rainbows ( 1970, 1980, 1990 models ,,,,all are original and run and still clean as they always have since new)
I don't know why every one is making such a fuss over this I have done my research and I will be buying a Sirena over the rainbow the biggest two reasons being the price difference and no in home sale required
If I buying a Rainbow Vacuum was as easy as a Sirena, I would have bought one.
Thanks and Recommended for all
