When someone is “donating clothes from an upstairs closet, do they not pack the suitcase upstairs first and than bring the suitcase downstairs? The fact that the suitcase was supposedly “already” downstairs is a lie. Jorge either got into the suitcase upstairs willingly, or he was not conscious and Sarah zipped him into it and shoved it down the stairs with him in it. I don’t believe she ever had intention to donate any clothes. That’s part of her billions of lies.

@@user-ll3yx7tx3w Jorge had a few injuries to his head, shoulders and hands. A baseball bat was also taken in evidence. Sarah had no injuries. So it sounds like she hit him and put him in the case. I think a lot more of this horror show will come out at trial.

Her story hasn't made sense since the beginning. First hide and seek then Jorge just got in the suitcase for funsies.
Now she's admitted to breaking his fingers with a bat when he tried to get out.
I think she killed him on purpose. I think she did it this way hoping she could get away with it just being an accident but if not. She'll take a murder 2 charge and cry to the judge.
In her interrogation she was desperate to get the murder weapons back. Both the suitcase and the bat. Asking the detectives how to clean them. She wanted mementos of the murder.
Happy little reminders of what she did.
I think Sarah got lucky the detectives who interviewed her couldn't keep it together. They resorted to just mocking her and lost track of the narrative they were being fed.
The detectives concentrated more on making each other laugh than trying to figure out this woman's real motive. This when she was incapable of shutting up and if the woman played good cop Sarah probably would have admitted a hell of a lot more.
I've heard Sarah was mad that night because she had convinced Jorge to drop the felony charges against her and she found out he had talked to the detective in that case on the phone.
If she killed Jorge because he's a witness. It's first degree murder.

I don't see Sarah Boone as battered. I see her as the batterer. Jorge Torres, the victim, had no history of domestic violence prior to him defending himself against Boone. Boone's ex husband in a statement to detectives stated that when drinking, Boone became violent toward him. Judge Kraynick found the defendant lacked credibility twice during her testimony at the hearing to exclude the interrogation video. Justice would make her testify. Let's see which version of the story she comes up with this time.

They were "playful" up until this point. This was NOT an act of self defence in any way!! It was a deliberate act of revenge on her part, that went too far because she got so drunk that she passed out so he was left there to die. This on top of a hx of mutual violence, and a a hx of HER being violent according to her ex, as well as being an alcoholic, and constantly changing her story to equate to a lesser charge, sounds like unpremeditated murder to me. Though I see potentially a case for murder 1 as well. For her to be allowed to claim BBS would be macabre and farcical. She is a victimizer, not a victim, in my opinion.

He was well able to restrain her when she was attacking him. Jorge had to fight back and defend himself harder because he wasn’t as strong. Then she would blame it all on him and call the police. Every time you can see on police body cam how he wasn’t ever irate or angry. Creating false abuse charges is a typical game many abusers love to play.

I’ve noticed an uptick in comments defending Sarah. I wonder if Owen’s Beauties are going on UA-cam and leaving comments to smear Jorge, and say that he put himself in the suitcase. Is that what Margarette does for Owens? If you click on these accounts and read their other comments, you’ll see that they are only commenting on Sarah Boone videos in defense of Sarah, and many of these accounts are recently created accounts.

I would like to see Mr. Owens take this opportunity, before the judge decides this motion, to use it as leverage to convince Ms. Boone to take the deal the State offered on Monday, if it's still on the table. Bring this to a firm, eminently fair and final conclusion!

@@doom4067 She is highly recalcitrant, no doubt. Owens' job is to advise, counsel and persuade her that playing the martyr in prison for possibly the rest of her life is not in her best interests when she has an alternative to be free in 8 years with model behavior.
Owens motion to exclude the police interrogation video was denied and he can't say he knows that the judge will decide this State's motion in her favor or not. If it goes against her, that decimates the core of any case she thought she had. Her performance on the witness stand was awful. All those line up and the timing is good for some persuasion.

If they bring in Battered Spouse Sarah will have to testify - the only way to prevent that happening is for the defence to bring in arrest history of Jorge. However each police report includes Jorge saying that Sarah hits him and one of the arrests Sarah was also arrested - all of Jorge's arrests were misdemeanours but Sarahs was a Felony because she strangled him.

She's a dumb ass fool, but not an intentional or premeditated/1st degree murderer. 2nd degree murderer? Did she show indifference to human life? Maybe not to his life, but to him bc she viewed him as/he was a jerk and only intended to show a bit of control over him. She was drunk which added to her stupidity and falling asleep before getting him out. Again, her intention was not to leave him in there to suffocate (which I doubt she was bright enough to deduce might happen), but to let him out at some point. She didn't even intend to cause serious bodily harm. It involuntary manslaughter bc she did not intend for him to die or to commit murder/kill him. In FL, the latter charge carries up to 15 yrs, which is probably too long for her crime; however, she's made such a catastrophe for her case by being overbearingly stupid and poor decision-making (which again makes the case for unintentional criminality).

I didn't get murdered asleep in my bed once you got out but if I didn't it's your fault.
I didn't kill you but if I did it's your fault.
I didn't kill you on purpose but if I did it was because you abused me and I was in fear for my life AFTER you were helpless and dying.
Sarah, permanently terrified for her life, thinks it sounds reasonable that she SUGGESTED HE PHONE HIS BROTHER TO INFORM HIM he'd "dragged her down the stairs" the night before. I'm sure that's a REGULAR suggestion all abuse victims who permanently think they're in danger, even when no overt actions are being undertaken, make. Almost sounds like she wasn't in fear of him that night. Hmm.
ABUSE is awful. Abuse is real. Abuse victims should be believed. And it is vile when someone dawns the cloak of abuse to appear innocent.
