This was brilliant. Two powerful women both coming to understand each other's differences. Enemies can still have respect for each other. The Queen was a great judge in character. And the Princess , unfortunately,came in to her reality too late after the Prince was killed. It's tragic.

It was bound to happen, I couldn’t see a happy ending with Princess Ya, ofc she did receive and understood true love in the end but it was all too late, she kept on being in a delusion with her obsession but deep down knew she just didn’t want to admit it. She’s a huge tsundere lol
I never liked Princess Ya but this arc of hers made me so sad for her. The best part of her death story is that it didn't stray from her character at all. She always had to have things her way; not just in life, but also in death. I hope she found Zixi in the afterlife.
This scene was so beautiful and tragic. These two while not able to be friends they are able to commiserate with each other. It very intimate in a way we often don't get to see rivals.
This is one of my favourite scenes and in the whole drama, only the ladies have captures my heart the best because they played their roles very well👏👏👏👏👏💁🏾♀️

Why the most beautiful and professional actresses are in tragic and serious doramas? I can't watch this type of doramas my soul becomes heavy, i wish these kind of actresses could play in easy and comedy doramas too T.T
I felt bad for Princess Ya... of all the things she wanted to have, love was the hardest for her to grab. I'd like to think of her death not as a suicide, but of a broken woman with a broken heart.
They were not love rivals. Yiren never paid this girl any attention. Suilo is a better love rival contender than Princess ya because at least he slept with her and had a heir 🧎🏽♀️
