The British high jumper takes us back to starting out as a heptathlete, how she is finally embracing her curls, her massive u-turn on crocs and having an Olympics in her favourite place.
Lake might have become a six-time British high jump champion by the age of 24, but there’s much more to her than her athletic ability as she uses her platform to raise awareness of issues such as women’s body positivity and racial justice.
