- Being in the wrong place at the wrong time hurls an innocent student into a deadly new world in which she must deal with an impossible situation.
Going into this project my aim was to build a real feeling of suspense and play with the audience’s expectations.

Wow she was lucky as fuck in the end. Far from expecting anything like that from the police. Great film, must say really capturing, kept me wanting to watch it until the end.
The cop/killer looked like a kid dressed up for prom but still, this was excellent.
This was really good. It was simple but a good storyline that kept up the suspense. Much better than 90% of other short films I watch. Keep making more movies!
Come on, he looked nothing like a cop, I knew straightaway it was him 😂and why didn’t she try getting out of the house as soon as she saw the tattoo on his arm🤷🏼♀️
he would’ve shot her so she went to get a knife just in case which ended up saving her life

Wowww! This's the best film ever... Yay!! really!! because I had seen so many movies before & I always catch the characters who were so foolish usually make me crazy... sometimes the films're so boring & the viewers will be angry because of character's stupid when they meet GHOST or Killer... This Short Thriller Film's so so so practical and i am fond of it :))) thanks for the film

Excellent suspenseful short . A complete story, unlike many short films.
One of the better short films I've see on UA-cam. But...how did he know to show up after she called the police? How did he know where to go? And if he was a cop, why did the other cops show up? Do more, but watch your scripts.

Anyway, it's a good one indeed ...
He either followed her home or knew her face & where she lives. He, also, either eavesdropped & heard her make the call or guessed that if she saw a crime she'd obviously report it... so he showed up before the actual police. He was not a real cop obviously... but the last scene was just mad like how'd they know he was in the house & in the spot about to shoot her? What if he was lying on the ground & she had that gun in her hand & the police shot HER! Basically how did they know what was happening inside the house?!!!!!!!!

Deus ex machina, that's what it was. That ending ruined the whole film. They should've made her smarter, like stab him on his back right after taking that knife. Stab him with the *biggest* knife.
I know that I'm over a year late to this comment, but if you listened carefully to her story she says "And I just kept running until I got home." This implies that she didn't check at all behind her, just ran. Therefore he could've followed her home in that time and after she went in, he could've listened to her phoning the police, after all she was still standing at the front door when she phoned. Then again there's always the fact that she's obviously going to report something like that. So he wasn't a real cop. And the other cops showed up anyway because they were going to from the moment she called. And to answer your question about how would they know what was happening inside the house, I'll need to ask why there was a swat team at the house when she just phoned for an investigation. What I'm guessing is the real investigator showed up, realised there was somebody playing their role inside the house already, possibly listening in. Once they figured out what was going on they must have called for backup.
I don't know. That's just what I think. :)

Midnite St0rm I thought the same but then I realized the smallest would work to hide it well. Besides I thought she was going to stab him in the neck. May be she was going to do that but he shot her.

Good job Joe! this movie was awesome ! it was full of suspense and very dramatic! dat swearing doe. btw I have a question. what camera do you use to film this? it's very good quality camera! Also how long do films like this take to edit? just wondering I would LOVE a response!! :-) :-)
i'm not joe, but it was filmed on a 70D with a 24-105mm F4L lens as the main camera and lens. and editing was a few months. we filmed it at the start of summer.
i was on set and did some of the filming.

Chickengoesboom Maybe the guy actually was an investigator and they lost contact with him? Or saw that she actually did upload the photos, told them in the 911 call and they saw the tattoo and went after him?

Wow the film is really good and you chose your actors so well! This is the third time I'm watching it in two days haha. Anyways I just had a question about the actor who played the killer: do you have any idea if he played in other films and where I could find him? (I mean on UA-cam, instagram, etc)

Good job, engaging story and well acted... As to how it was shot, I'm not a fan of handheld shaky camera work as a film convention "to create tension" and should be used more sparingly. Thanks, Vapp..........

Ummm.....no. The glass on the door was distorted, there was no way the cops could have seen what was going on inside or who they were actually shooting at.
the story is even as this girl managed to keep it low and controlled for real police to gain time in their process of comfirming who used the silent blood-bond pistol to do bad ..

Well done! This is perfect! But, this victim girl ... she was so stupid, but how? When I saw the murderer in her house, I knew it, it wasn't police inspector. After all, the last scene is also amazing, when they shoot that guy. :) And now please, can you watch my new horror movie on my channel?

I tried not to get too technical on these movies personnel trying to get their careers going and this had some good creativity to it... I mean the guy looks straight out of high school would you ask for ID and a business card I don't get that part...but 3:45 min was way 😎...
