I agree :D Lifehouse get's a bit more modern, and you can clearly see their music is changing with the time, but I really like everything they've made :D They mean a lot to me! Their music has changed my lifehouse

nathan austad from a post grunge rock band they become a pop rock band.
Um the first album wasnt much of a rocking deal but the second one was metal. So not quite sure what u found similar in both.

@dtrainium Hmm. Well, when you've been playing it as long as they have, you have to make some shifts and changes to keep it fresh. I personally think it's a very impressive rendition of the track, and I've heard some great renditions of it in the years since I first heard the original. It's just a bit more drawn out than the standard arrangement, and the slow start is a nice touch. Not sure what you find so terrible.

Do not like the techno they have been doing to the beginning of the song! That beginning guitar piece they first came out with was straight gold. Wish they wouldnt have changed it to this. Still love lifehouse however.
I'm ambivalent to the version, but the mix is damned horrible. vocals are far too muddy.
Yeah,.They need to be more out front,.He doesn't have the strongest voice since he sings such a low register which means the mic needs more juice,.Can't believe these guys get paid to mix this stuff,.That said ,it was pretty damned nice
