I hate to say this but Micah is actually a master of karate so he might pull out crazy moves, Arthur would’ve beat Micah even with tb if Micah didn’t know karate
The stupid thing is when you're in a main fight like when Arthur was fighting Micah is that you can't tackle but you can only grapple and in which it does not make sense if you can't tackle but you can only grapple but, in the end, it could cause confusion into a canon event. but it still doesn't make sense why Micah can tackle if he isn't running.

Dodge hold square and walk in another direction away from the enemy and block is just holding square
