    Hyderabadi Green Chicken.
    INGREDIENTS: -
    For Marination: -
    Chicken: 500gm (1/2 kg)
    Curd: 200gm
    Ginger garlic paste: 1 + 1/2 tbsp
    Salt: as per taste
    Black pepper powder: 1 tsp
    Dhaniya/Corriander powder: 1 tsp
    Garam masala powder: 1/2 tsp
    Green food color: 1/4 tsp
    Green & Brown paste
    Lemon juice: half
    Green Paste: -
    Corriander leaves
    Mint leaves
    Green chillies: 2
    Brown Paste: -
    Fried Onions: 2
    Roasted Almonds: 15
    Roasted Cashew: 12
    For Frying: -
    Oil: 6 - 7 tbsp
    Shah zeera: 1/2 tsp
    Bay leave: 1
    Cardamom: 3
    Clove/Laung: 3
    Corriander leaves: for garnish
    .
    RECIPE: -
    1) Marinate chicken with the given ingredients above. Let it rest/marinate for an hour.
    2) In a pan add oil and chicken mixture. Cook on high flame for 5 - 8 minutes. Then cover & cook on low flame for 15 - 20 minutes or till chicken is tender.
    3) When oil oozes out and the smell of raw masala vanishes it's done. Garnish with corriander.
