I've done your killer chest workouts of 10 sets for 15 reps on flat bench, 5 sets for 12 reps incline bench, and 5 sets of 12 reps of high to low cable Flys. The first-time kicked my bootay. I don't know how often you see these comments. I would like to know could you give a routine workout for the week with certain muscle groups included for each day that you work out. Also including rest days. Thanks
For other body parts, AJ Ellison totally believes over the top repetitions like for bench press, he suggests 10 sets of 15. However, for arms, it's not so much the case.. is he terrified that we wont be able to handle so much?
