With a mere 64 yards passing by Love through 3 quarters against the Vikings -he has shown that he is the most over paid QB in the NFL and that he is “NOT READY FOR PRIME TIME BIG GAMES”!! Darnold played elite with 377 yards passing and Love played worse than any backup QB in the NFL.
He did not have his best game for sure but dropped passes didn't help him either. Darnold def surprised us this year and had a great game against us. You guys also have a great defense so props to Flores.....hell of a coach. Hope to see you guys again in the playoffs.
I mean you can tag or sign him to a shorter contract with a opt out in the final year if they feel he really deserves it. It would show to him they believe in him if they don’t franchise tag him, IMO.
