Just a thought, I would have put the bricks together and laid them down in layers, think that would have used up the dead space.

So, why not just put everything into boxes? For example the monopoly?
I would think the buyer would get upset if the box banged into and it was dinged, but if it's put into a box then that way they will definitely not be any damage to any part of it.
Would the cost for shipping be that much different for the monopoly if it was put into a box...?
Is it just to save space?
Also, I noticed on the Royal Mail, a large letter is 2.5cm width and all the small items I can never seem to get it at that size.
One time it was a tiny bit over and the post office wouldn't even take the parcel or let me add money to it, so I had to go home, repackage it, and buy a whole new label.🤷🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️

Enjoyed that Nic. With the 1k duplo I would have cheated and left the flaps up and taped the corners up then stuck cardboard over the top.

I would never write contents on the outside unless my postage labels completely opaque. That black sticky stuff looks like a complete faff, offcuts of wallpaper or brown paper uses less tape and doesn't tear so easily. The 1 kilo box fails were funny to watch. Can't believe you tried it twice. The world loves a trier LOL. These are comments not criticisms. A great source of free cardboard boxes is your local recycling centre they have skips full of them in all sizes they don't mind you taking them as long as you ask. Great entertaining video as always.

Have you tried booking your shipments online and having them collected by a courier? There are free online courier comparison and booking tools available, from online couriers such as World Options where you can choose from multiple world leading carriers and get the best prices and they collect your goods and delivery them without having to leave the house.

I had a customer message me saying theyd not recieved there parcel they had ordered 3 weeks ago.Looking into it Parcel force told me the driver had put a card through there door and left it at there local post office.now did the driver leave a card or did the customer just not see the card..awaiting to see if theyve got it.
if ebay sale, attempted delivery counts as delivered on ebay rules, just message them and make sure you have added the tracking to the ebay sales order

mais simplement des sacs poubelles noirs ou bleus que je retourne :
de sorte à mettre à l'intérieur les parties avec de l'encre .
Ça ne coûte pas grand chose ,ils sont robuste et avec leur anti-parasite,
anti-moisissures etc ,on est tranquille !

Hey I’m from Canada. I’m having trouble sourcing from value village. It’s the only thrift store that restocks often. But they have been increasing prices. Any suggestions how to source besides value village ?
facebook local selling sites are getting more popular to source from, also search for a local auction on facebook as the smaller auctions sell stuff less than charity/ thrift shops

@@jayngo23 your looking for small auction houses, try bringing your area and the area you are prepared to travel to up as a google map image, now type the word auction into the side bar and see what auction houses are available, dont forget Vskips and freecycle as well

Thanks Nic - I wanted to ask about packing slips. I used to print them off and put them in the package and I notice you don't do that. Is it not really necessary then? I'm assuming if someone really wants a packing slip / invoice they can request it and it can be sent by message for them to print themselves so I've stopped doing that now. Is that ok do you think?
Not required, waste of paper.
large letter, we put the packing slip in only because we pick with it and better to go in their bin than mine, parcels dont get one because they are packed to get the weight before the label is printed off and parcel 2 go dont give a packing label on the royal mail (which are our large letters)
I read that if something is lost or damaged to the outside, the only way to get it to the person is if it has a packing slip inside. Or else the company sells off items in bulk if they can't find it insode to send out to.
I do it just to be safe 🤦🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️
Nice video. If an item you have for sale sells on eBay, do you have to purchase the eBay online label or can you just take it toi the post office and they do thast upon your request? How will eBay know that your item is on its way? Thanks

Hee - I often feel I should send buyers a message that this will not be frustration free packaging. They want it to arrive safely I assume to yeah wrapping and tape goes on there!

Cardboard boxes. They might chop trees down to make them, but at least they're recyclable.
If you are sending stuff that is not a polybag type sale, we have removed about 99% of bubble wrap out the process and replaced it with the paper you get your fish and chips wrapped in, a food supplier will sell you a 10kg packet of sheet paper for about £7 plus VAt (Tax) we worked out using our cardboard boxes 5x5x7 (made from recycled cardboard) we use 6 sheets of paper crunched up against about 2m of bubble wrap, this works out as a cost saving (for us) that we can wrap just under 200 parcels as against wrapping 50 with a roll of bubble wrap when the bubble wrap cost £12 a roll, if using polybags then look towards recycled bags or biodegradable ones

Smith if your looking at feedback he’s received for items he has sold, then not everyone leaves it, that’s why most of it doesn’t show up, I myself have had 722 sales since starting reselling and I only have 470 feedbacks, it’s optional for buyers to leave so majority of people don’t....annoyingly lol

He hasn't really sold them, he unwraps them all again afterwards and puts them back on the shelf. 😉

I received a trashed box from ups anything I can do is it worth contacting them it meant the shoe box inside was damaged
the seller is responsible for the safe carriage of the goods, so your seller has to claim off UPS not you
Ebay is so hard to sell stuff.time you pay postage commision its not worth it.
Its not hard if you know what you are doing.
