IMO Jenson is the most underrated current F1 driver. People say he only was a champion bc the Brawn car was OP, but his driving is simply amazing and his manners too.
Jenson is such a cool guy, f1 will miss him on the grid next year. However, he will be an ambassador at McLaren and potentially replace Alonso in 2018. Good luck with the rest of your season jenson.
Its just for fun, dont take it too seriously, i'm just happy that F1 is adopting that interacting with fans and doing these Q&As is good for the sport, unlike Bernie , who is trying to destroy F1.
Still missing Jense in F1 even now. I am hoping Lando can become Jenson Mk2... but I don't think he has that easy down-to-earth and genuine personality to match.
Jensen's dad was a pretty cool guy too!! Was saddened to hear of his passing, he would always be cheering and smiling. He certainly enjoyed the F1 lifestyle.
Pretty impressive. I was a bit surprised he didn't know Fittipaldi was the first person to win a championship for McLaren. Seemed like an easy warmup question. This video clearly shows what a mellow and great guy Button is. To ,e he drove as elegantly and as gently as he was in real life.
Jenson (and maybe Rosberg) are the only drivers on a grid who have a brain capable of an interesting dialogue on topics apart from racing. I want him to be in the top of F1 managment with Bernie and Carry! Actually, after some thoughts, I think he is one of a few, who can be interesting when they talk about racing also!
jenson button lived in puro in Britain and his parents and grand parents own a garage in my home town and my grandparents met him when he was 10 it in Bridgwater somerset
i'm so fucking upset they killed harambe i'm so fucking TIRED of reading these harambe comments and seeing merchandise on the streets i'd rather fucking have a suicide pact

I always thought Denny Hulme was the first driver to win the championship for McLaren, but when I looked it up just now, he apparently moved to McLaren in 1968, the year after he won the championship, so I'd have got that horridly wrong :/
Button was teammates with many different drivers, not only those 3 that were listed on the question. Atleast Sato, Villeneuve, Fisichella, Alonso, Magnussen, Hamilton, Barichello, Davidson, Perez, Vandoorne, R. Schumacher, Trulli.
How about this to make F1 more exciting: cap the costs so that even the backmarkers will have a chance of winning. Classiest driver F1 have seen in a very very long time.
would like but its at 22 likes
Kimi Iceman i
Don't think so. You must be a fan. He throws too many tantrums
Kimi❤️❤️
@@FA-jw1sx and you seem to be a hater.
If the speed limit on Jenson Avenue is 30, then McLaren Honda would have no problem going down there at full speed.
Shots fired
How can you dislike JB
I think it’ll be pulled over for driving to slow
@@p4m209 not now *activate the Honda beat*
It would still break down
Jenson is an awesome guy
IMO Jenson is the most underrated current F1 driver. People say he only was a champion bc the Brawn car was OP, but his driving is simply amazing and his manners too.
Luigi Peceguini brawn was only OP at the start, red bull started dominating in the second half

Adam 4427 He is replacing Alonso? McLaren should dump Vandoorne, Alonso isn't a bad driver, he just has a shitty car. GP2 ENGINE
Matthew Zhang well I think Alonso will want to get the hell out of McLaren
Nope unfortunately Button isn't replacing anyone, Lando Norris will take vandoorne's place
Just Simon, in short, McLaren had a great season in 2019

well that wasn't the question. Classic Button.
one of the best personalities on and off the grid in F1.

JB should have gotten 8.5 for knowing when Emmo won his championship

I'm still waiting for this question:"How many times has Pastor Maldonado crashed in his entire career?".
Poor Maldonado...
Huh... More than 100, maybe?
+lgabrielcs He crashed at least every race in the calendar...
+Luiz Felipe Man Exatly
Q: How many crashes have u had?
Maldonado: uh... too many to count
he’s so dreamy i miss him
Such a great guy! Will surely miss him in F1.
Anyone getting bothered on how the difficulty of these questions from driver to driver is really inconsistent?
maybe they are just mocking how the penalties are inconsistent as well
*Cough* Verstappen *Cough*

U mean football or wut?
bernie has no idea how the modern era works, that's why he brought in liberty media to make things easier for him.
Jenson seemed the most natural on camera. I definitely see him doing commentary type work in a few years.
He is now
Impressive. I'm surprised he didn't get Fittipaldi though.
I can't get over the way he says his name. It's got a sort of uniqueness to it
He's got a smooth personality
Great driver . f1 will miss him.

that moment you realize how much better the old logo is
Jenson~yea
He cracked me up just after the first question!!
Un señor dentro y fuera de la pista, una pena que se retire :(.
Prost was his hero ? Good to know some drivers still mention him, most of them prefer Senna. (Remember Webber also prefered Prost)
Jenson's smooth driving style is modeled after Prost, he said so in an interview.
jenson button lived in puro in Britain and his parents and grand parents own a garage in my home town and my grandparents met him when he was 10 it in Bridgwater somerset
It’s weird to think that Jenson has been in F1 more than Kimi when this was recorded
his Hero is Alain Prost, he must be Great himself.
First question: You are featured in McLaren's Tooned and Fittipaldi is first one featured?
Love these! Good job JB
Button's a top lad 👌
Jenson used to look older before and he looks younger later
God I miss that guy
1:42 that is priceless

I'm gonna mis JB and his quick sense of humor, changeable weather skills, and charisma in F1 next yr, even as a Lewis fan.....
Jenson button
Awesome guy :D
What a guy.
“Yenson ma friend”
Considering there are now so many zones that are 20 mph limit, I doubt that Jenson Avenue will remain a 30 zone.
Why do they never count Nigel Mansell's beast mode grill the grid? 11 out of 11
Hope JB goes and races with his good mate Mark Webber in the WEC
We will miss you Kimi

No Alonso in the background pics...
Just Jenson and Stoffel
Alonso retirement 2017 confirmed.
+200LiterKopter Finally!
I grinned all the way through this, Jenson is such a giggle. Bit of a shame that the road named after him leads onto an industrial estate, come on!
Well those were some easy questions
Looked up Jenson Avenue. LOL. I´d rather have no street named after me than that little road in nowheresland.
the first one is a easy question!!!!
Easy questions. Especially compared to Rosberg's lol
Jenson Avenue is 0.6 miles away from my house!
will u manage to grill the grid with all the drivers before Abu Dhabi?
Waiting for ALO's turn
Jenson Avenue now leads to a restaurant 👍🏻
easy questions really
Why Did Jenson have to leave F1😫😫
Finally!!!!
is he a perfectionist
Grill the Grid separates men from boys. Well done Button, Massa, Magnussen and Räikkönen(7)
Where is sergio perez and vettel?????
niki lauda is older than emerson fittipaldi?? true or false?
False.
I could see him as james bond
i think jackie Stewart is older than Fittipaldi.
In the photo behind, is he alongside Vandoorne?
Yes, he is
+lgabrielcs Even McLaren thinks Alonso sucks... LOL
I like grill.
I bet Mclaren Honda is slow because of the speed limit in Jenson Avenue. XD

Natalie Pinkham i think

HAHAHAHA Look at his eyes at 1:17
Joking with the cameras as always... every time he does it, in the pitlane or not.
Who is Sato ?I don't remember him🤣
Oh yeah, Takuma Sato the guy who scored a podium at Indianapolis in 2004
He didn't mention magnussen, wasn't they teammates too
Button was teammates with many different drivers, not only those 3 that were listed on the question. Atleast Sato, Villeneuve, Fisichella, Alonso, Magnussen, Hamilton, Barichello, Davidson, Perez, Vandoorne, R. Schumacher, Trulli.

Chris R Massa 3 too (Schumacher, Raikkonen, Alonso) and Alonso 4 (Villeneuve, Hamilton*, Raikkonen, Button)
*Not WC in that moment
5 for Prost (Lauda, Rosberg, Senna, Mansell, Hill).
Lauda won for McLaren, but how did he forget James hunt did it before him, even still, fittipaldi did it first so
Ahh, come on Jenson, really disappointed with the Fittipaldi question...
"Is he older then Lauda? Wow, I didn't think that was possible!" Jenson Button, 2016.
+M Mutch Still think Lauda is older than Fittipaldi...
+Luiz Felipe Man Nope, Fittipaldi was born in 1946, Lauda was born in 1949.
+M Mutch After that near-tragical Germany race in 1976, Lauda just seem to be older... but now I know he's not.
