- Complete Eliminations footage from Alcohol Dragster and Alcohol Funny Car at the LODRS Division 1 Regional Race at Lebanon Valley Dragway Saturday June 23, 2012.
Remember going to a Division 1 Points Race many, many, years ago at Raceway Park in Etown.
Between the TA/FC’s and TA/D’s there were like 50 cars fighting for those 8 slots in each field
Watching those 2 Saturday qualifying sessions was something else....
Being on the track shooting pictures made it priceless...
But the one thing I’ll never forget about that day was seeing the stands practically empty of fans...
Was an absolutely amazing show....and nobody bothered to come out and see it.
Thanks for posting this...been to Lebanon Valley for a couple of Never Ending Drizzles Points Races
way back when Ace and Newberry ruled the earth....lol. An excellent racing facility. Great memories.

Nice video Rob. I did not realize that Wayne Butler is running a LencoDrive in his funny car. I assume that's the case because he went on the two step at the starting line. And from my understanding, that's the only way you can use any type of launch RPM limiter in Top Alcohol Funny Car.

eric, i havent been to a race track in 5 years, I don't go to the track and call evreyone names, I just think that it's dumb to ride the tail gate, I talked to vic about this, He said they do it because the crew wants to be seen by the crowd, and maybe on tv, Good for you you put seatbelts on the tail gate! But think about it, you arent seen by the crowd unless you win, The crew gets seen by the crowd every time you go to the line, If what my brother said is true, just think about how you would
