District Chaghi is a rich place of exploring various kinds of minerals, mostly contain Copper & Gold; but there are other Minerals as like Chromite which are being explored by these Companies. State (Pakistan) is licensing only for Gold and Copper explorations- but during mining if some other minerals are discovered, than these companies take the advantage by exploring them as well- with same license-Title of Copper/ Silver and Gold. That is why, we (Baloch) are kept in deception through Print, Electronic & Social Medias with the title of license i.e. Gold and Copper. "MANCOR" is a Chinese company, and it is exploring a large quantity of Chromite with License-Title of COPPER & GOLD since, 2003; even the State is increasing the limit period of License after each ten years. Moreover, CHAHGHI HILLS JOINT VENTURE AGREEMENT (CHEJVA) 1993 and INNOVATION AGREEMENT (2000) had proved, which were disclosed in Molana Abdul Haq Case disposed by Former Chief Justice of Pakistan Iftikhar Chowdry in 2013. If someone can access this mentioned petition of Molana Abdul Haq, than it will be revealed on him- that under these above- mentioned Agreements, the B. H. P. Mineral Pvt Company and than handed over to Tethyan Copper Company were not only exploring Copper and Gold, but they were also looting the Chromite and some other minerals as well. My point is- that the Agreements are not being disclosed by the State (Pakistan), that under what circumstances the Companies are exploring the Minerals within Balochistan. That is why, we (National Democratic Party) made a reference the petition of Molana Abdul Haq and filed a Constitutional Petition in High Court of Balochistan with Title name of Naimat-u-llah versus Government of Balochistan under C. P. No. 441/ 2022; with the Prayer that we made in petition was to disclose the Agreement OF Reko-Diq under Article 19-A Constitution of Pakistan, 1973, which was held in between former Chief Minister (Qudoos Bizino) Government of Balochistan and Barrick-Gold Company ; but after passing of less than two years the former Chief Justice High Court of Balochistan Naeem Akhtar Afghan has dismissed the petition on dated 18th Jan, 2024 on basis of considering the Agreement with Barrick-Gold as a "Secret and Confidential Document". One thing i need to bring this thing into knowledge of everyone, that after dismissal of Petition- former chief justice was elevated in Supreme Court of Pakistan as Justice. We (Baloch) are confused with Titles, but my point is that these companies are looting everything. We (Baloch) are not informed properly, that what Minerals are actually being explored?; but CHEJVA 1993 Agreement disclosed many things!!!!
