I've been sewing on the same Kenmore machine for 38 years and just opened up my new Brother. I felt like an idiot trying to figure it out! So thank you ever so much for making my life easier today! You are a blessing.
We have all had to figure it out at some stage when making that transition from old school to new school machine. I hope you get lots of enjoyment from your new one.
Thank you so much for taking the time to do this demonstration. I was able to load the bobbin just fine , but the needle threader was defeating me until l came across your video. You are a star.
Oh my gosh- Thank You So Much Nitty B! You just made this process so much easier for me! I have a NS2750D, but your guidance still worked perfectly well; I was able to adapt to the minor differences. I've saved this video on my sewing Pinterest board!
Thank you so much again! I did commented on your first video and I'm so glad you have this video how to do upper thread. When I tried on my own I cried because I can't figure out step 7. Thank you so much again!
Thank you for the great video. I just got my bq1350 in November and I was winding my bobbin all wrong. That could explain why I didn't like the stitch quality on the bottom side.
You, ma'am, are an absolute star! I've just threaded my "new" brother [it was a prezzie last christmas] and boy what a faff about it was! With my old singer 66 [1940's vintage] I could have had the job done, put away and cleaned up in the time its taken me to do this! I think e-bay beckons for this thing!
i was so happy to find your videos.... thank you so much for making them. i was able to wind a bobbin, thread the machine and try out some stitches with confidence thanks to your up close videos!!!!! i hope you make more. i recently acquired a Brother nq1300prw machine on ebay, and was a little intimidated by it. as you mentioned, there's not a lot of help out there on these machines!
Finally got it going and then changed thread colour. But despite your wonderful instructions, which worked before, could not get the bobbin to wind. Then I had a close look at the bobbin, and found that I have a whole box of bobbins that came with the machine but e not the same as those which came in the machine.
Alas, I am now getting a thread jam every time I try to sew. I did manage to put a dress together before this happened. Has anyone any ideas on the problem?
Well you certainly tried, but I think this machine is hopeless. Number 4 is ridiculous . You can’t see where the thread goes. Wish I could return this machine. Have now wasted 2 hours just trying to thread it.
Do not give up on this machine. The knack is to turn the hand wheel so that the needle is at it's highest position. That is when the take up lever inside number 4 is high enough to be threaded. Most machines work on the same principle.
Keep trying, you will get it. Make sure your presser foot is up when you are threading the machine, also up anytime you are pulling thread through the needle.

Thank you. Just got a new machine and could not figure it out - you made it easy
Your tutorial is a blessing! The directions for loading bobbins with this machine was a joke. You saved the day, no more frustration thanks to you!
You are welcome.

Very good video. Easy to follow. I just got my first Brother and was TOTALLY lost. The instruction book just isn’t as good as a video. Thank you!🌸
Thanks Charlotte, happy sewing.

Use the ones that came with this machine, and get some extra Brother compatible bobbins.
Thanks Nitty. Have now almost conquered number 4. Am encouraged to keep going.
Well done 💪 keep going, nearly there.
Gracias....lo que necesitaba

Hi, how is it going? Are you still experiencing any problems?

First time I tried but needle broke... disappointed...
