My friend has a place nearby, so we ride there often. In May, the trails were whooped out something awful. If they have been groomed since, it sure doesn’t look like it. We’re going back at the end of September, if they’re this bad I may ride up to St. Helen again. Lost Arrow is a good spot for dinner if you go back. It’s maybe 10-15 mins from the trailhead. We usually ride there straight from the trail.
Great information, thank you. This ride was in June of this year and I am planning on riding the north loop in the next week. This video shows that the trails were decent. I rode the White Cloud trail a month ago and that trail was the worst when it came to the "whoops". Thank you for the dining location tip. It is nice to have options directly from the trail.
