This man needs a financial advisor. Paying cash for everything is fast way to go broke. He should of leased that Maybach truck. He could of payed the entire lease up front and saved about 60k to 50k. Then use that 60k on buying a rental property. Since he payed cash for the truck he just lost a lot of money. When he goes to sell it he will take a loss.

Especially cars that depreciate faster than you can look at it. Invest in real estate not cars and jewelry. Waste of money that is why they all go broke.
