So just for further information if someone doesn't know anything about Rayman 4's development, this was a prototype made by Phoenix Studio, and not Ubisoft, way before the Rabbids were created. However, they pulled the plug on this project and Ubisoft decided instead to make their own Rayman 4, and that's when the Rabbids were made. There's some slight inspiration from the Phoenix Rayman 4 in Rayman 4 Raving Rabbids with the existance of the costumes that was something that also kinda existed in Phoenix Rayman 4. But this isn't where it ended cause as you know, they weren't any Rayman 4 and it was remade into Rayman Raving Rabbids because of the Wii as it was easier to make a minigame collection to fully use the Wii's motion-control. This is of course heavily simplified but I recommend checking its history, it's really interesting stuff!
Wow literal levels from the first rayman game were redone in 3D form in rayman 4 this couldve been a big hit if they didnt change him into a party game
