2) subah shikakai powder se baal dhone hai.
3) ghar ke bahar jate wakt ek breathable cap ( winter wali cap) pehanana hai. Ye cap balo ko dirt aur pollution se bachati hai. Ye 3rd wala step sabse imp hai. Cap breathable hi honi chahiye jisse scalp ko proper oxygen milta rahe.
