Syrup ~ Free Adopt
Towards the end of last year, I made the decision to begin making free adopts once per month as a series, as I think that it’s a nice way for me to experiment with ideas that I wouldn’t try for characters for myself, whilst giving back to my little corner of UA-cam. So, here we are.
Meet Syrup - A mythical creature based off the lynx, with enhanced abilities and a side of extra floof. She belongs to an original species of mine, in a world with dragons ne other wonderful creatures. Some of her abilities include:
Flight - Her wings are somewhat like bat wings, and she can fly short distances in forest-like climates, although not very high.
Speed - Syrup has enhanced speed, being able to cover distances in seconds, although it saps her energy and only works for a few seconds.
General increased strength & agility, e.g being able to jump about twice as far/high as regular lynx.
Venom - She has venom in her fangs - which are hidden in the ref but I can provide a sketch to the new owner if needed :)
Design TOS - (Please Read Thoroughly! If you break these then you will be blacklisted from owning my designs & blocked.)
Anyone can have a character called syrup, but you cannot copy her design.
-You can take inspiration from my characters, e.g general colour palette, but you can’t copy the patterns and colour palette - that’s just blatant stealing. If you’re unsure, please contact me and I can let you know if I think it’s too close, and help you if it is.
Use for roleplay, personal stories, mascots, etc.
Use any art I make of the character including this reference sheet WITH CREDIT. Credit is not optional.
If you no longer want the character, you cannot resell as she’s free and thus does not hold monetary value - you can gift her though :) (On trades, please contact me prior to putting up for offers).
Make breedables, breeding charts etc. using my designs - I don’t feel comfortable with them being used in that way.
Use my designs in unacceptable behaviour (Z00s etc.)
Trade to a blacklisted person (Nobody at the moment but please contact me).
If traded/sold, you cannot set up tradelocks/tradebacks.
On altering designs, you must contact me prior to making any alterations and in general please try to keep her actually looking like her original design haha. Chances are I’ll most likely say yes unless it pretty much looks like a whole other character.
You’re free to draw her as anthro or feral although obviously her ‘canon’ design is feral.
Please do not draw her in NSFW contexts.
In the case of altering her design, i would appreciate it if her original design was still available to view in for example a toyhou.se gallery although I understand if it’s on art fight or something with a limited number of images.
Anyone is free to draw fanart of her, just make sure to send it to the new owner rather than me! Though you’re free to show me too, it would be cool to see what people create.
You can commission art of her, do art trades with her, anything like that as long as it doesn’t break TOS.
