He might have a had a stuttering problem when he was younger, but got it fixed in speech therapy.

I dont know who Tim Lovelace is but I know he was used in a comedy act. I cant remember the comedian right now but he pulled Tim up on stage and used him as a dummy in his act. If anyone can remember the ventriloquist and can find the video send it to me.
