I love how schlep stated "dont try this yourself" because i know what schlep is doing may look fun but some predators while being confronted can get very ferocious or aggressive, this can sometimes lead to doxxing, grooming or sexualising minors, which is obviously not acceptable. As a Roblox player and a minor, I'm disgusted by how many predators there are on Roblox. That's partially why I prefer to play alone or w/ friends. Roblox really needs to do something about this.

as a victim of online grooming this person really frustrates me because hes going about it completely wrong. I can guarantee you 90% of these people at least were being honest when they were telling their age because thats the stuff I was doing at a young age online. No, i didnt KNOW what i was doing but id been exposed to that kind of explicit content by actual predators and was repeating it as i was taught it was normal. To see him calling these very clearly victimised children predators because he 'doesnt believe someone at that age would be talking like that' honestly just goes to show he has no clue how grooming actually works and how it can affect children. Plus, if these WERE real predators he takes no action against them and just lets them back into the community regardless. He is exploiting victimised children for content.

This happened to me once in the life in paradise game. Mind you, this was before UGC, etc. So back in 2015. I had a "hang out" with a guy and he took me to the bedroom area and it just went from there. I was so confused as a little 11 year old..
I like how this was actually still going on back when moderators were complaining about having to reach a certain quota of banned players, even if it meant banning innocent players. They could’ve easily went into a condo game and reached the quota. Luckily, Roblox is moderating these things now.

i got a lot of these things as a younger kid on roblox, but growing up with parents who were VERY clear with what to do in situations like that, i always got out of them and did what had to be done. i feel terrible for children who weren’t given the same amount of education i had on the matter, and those of them who became victim to such horrific actions.

I found thousands upon thousands of accounts, with friends and friends of friends and so on it could probably be millions, who were either predators or wanted one to get them.

Lucky me, I was in advanced classes, already was educated on p3d0s, and I was smarter than most kids my age, so i knew what to do. If I wasn’t educated on that subject, then I’d probably have my brain messed up way more than it already is.

Yeahhh you gotta be careful. I was like 7 and joined roblox for the first time. I went into a family game and a guy asked to rp with me so I said yes because I wanted to rp. We go into the room and he takes his clothes off. This was back when in those weird family games you could take your clothes off and it would be a tan color, he then asked me to go on the bed or whatever so I did. But I thought it was weird so left the game. I didn’t know what he was trying to do but I thought it was weird then, now I think it’s gross. And then anyway you just have to be careful. Sometimes its bad, sometimes you can make great friendships. You just need to keep your guard up. I have an almost 5 year long friendship from Roblox. So it just depends

y'know what's terrrifying? the fact that some of these people are telling the truth about their age. kids at very young ages are somehow getting exposed to this and then willingly participating in it. it's genuinely terrifying.

in like 2016-2017 (i think) i met this guy who i thought was my age and he said he liked me. i was young and i wanted a bf so i said yes, but i didnt necessarily like him that much, and i thought he was around my age.
more stuff happened, and eventually he started asking me about a certain... position. i didnt know what it was so i just said it was cool or something idrk.
(position hint: he liked wolves and dogs)
eventually he started roleplaying to me in private, which started out fun until he made this weird plot about the school being under a 'trance' and everyone was just 'doing it'. then he actually roleplayed him doing weird stuff to me and i didnt know what it meant so i went with it, plus i didnt bother to search it up.
after that, he decided he wanted to call or something. so i friended him on my ps4 and when i heard his voice, he sounded like he was like 30-40. my old username was related to fluttershy at the time and he kept saying "shy? shy? hello?" because he nicknamed me as 'shy' or 'flutter'. i told him on roblox i didnt have a mic
about like 2 days after i blocked him on everything i had him on, i realized that this was very, VERY, wrong
i thought this was the end and i could forget about it, but because i met him in a game, we probably had the same taste which was mostly like shooting, fighting, survivor games at the time
i joined "survive the night" on roblox and he was there somehow, and he spammed "SHY SHY SHY SHY FRIEND ME" in the chat. i left immediately in horror
using the game "check a user's last online", it shows he was last active at september 14, 2020, 11:23 PM. i'm scared if it changes to something more recent.
edit 2: i found out i joined him by chance because he had "friends, followers, and people i follow" on. around when the relationship started we followed eachother
