Making a Spherical Flower Vase【Pottery】

I am a professional potter from Saga, Japan.
My specialty is Karatsu style "Mishima" technique.
Today, I'm making a spherical form and I will show you through the process until it becomes a flower vase.

Hi. Your videos are wonderful. Thank you for sharing your work. I have a question. Why did you change the orientation of the pot to make the bottom be on the side?

Thank you! I rotated it to the side because I wanted to make an oval-shaped pot. If I wanted to make a circular shape, I would keep the orientation of the pot.
