I've been running Sherriff Magnetar on my Destrier since roughly late Harpy/Siren debut early Skyros debut. I've never swapped that weapon out since I used it. As I sit here in Expert with Destrier, I can say this weapon has been slept on a lot.
Manni the Indra can use the lasso up to 250m but it breaks only at 350m

I didnt expect magnatar being the most damaging i thought it was blight. And its great to see an old weapon being the best of its category
Blight is amazing, too. But it seems Megnetar does somewhat better when taking the lockdown and large clip size in in consideration.
The radiation weapons got a 10% damage buff, so now I think they outperform the magnetar.

fun fact: gekko charges the battleship per particle, which means it charges motherships every shot

I mentioned a while ago when when we were testing the new drone the eye and the new map on test server. Gekko fills up faster the battleship than any other I think.

That’s nothing new and is known since we have battle ships, every laser in the game charges motherships faster the projectile weapons…

You already know that the game has gone down a path of no return when it takes at least 3 players to destroy just one enemy robot.

manni's situational awareness is just impressive as I would just phase shift on instinct as I took damage instead of looking on the top right corner for enemy's status effects.

No wonder is so popular. I have been seeing so many players with this build especially on the dagon, but feel good that magnetics have not faded away like other weapons have.

I think the Magnetars are among one of THE best weapons in the game. I say this because they aren't new and yet they still preform like a new meta weapons. The Magnetars are actually pretty old being I think 3 years old but yet out preforming close to every weapon around AND they apply lockdown making them even stronger. All brand new weapons that are released now are usually killed after the nerfs like the lasers, the claw/jaw/Talons, Reapers and everything else newly released but the Magnetars still remain such a viable weapon. It's enjoyable to see pixonic hasn't nerfed this weapon down to the ground.
Manni, Please also show the passive modules & pilot skills that made this whole setup really good. Otherwise, players may not get the similar experiences that you've shown.
Magnetars are a bit below blight in dmg, maybe about 20-25% after the blight 10% buff, but overall in a good place since it’s easier to aim and have lockdown. The major downside to foregoing dps for lockdown are immune amps, some enemies are immune to it

Pulsar needs an heavy buff, its damage is almost similar to the Magnetar at max level. Its good to see that the workshop has some amazing weapons which are good for free players
The poor sirius at 4:03 was melted! I wanna see how strong it will be next update, since Sirius buff was the only actual buff from the list
It must be noted that a robot with six weapons should never have come into the game. And then it gets a shield as well?👎

It's funny you never saw a Curi with shield breaker. All I run is shield breaker on mine. Drop the turrets with shield breaker and watch Ophions crumble...works great on Dagons

Even 4 magnetars are still nuts…
It’s one of the less weapons pix seems to forgot to nerf properly…
For f2p players it’s one of the best small guns you could build in workshop or easily win for the free tokens you get from the game…
But these are not the only once anymore, after last update we can finally built the decay Familie in Workshop, both are in practical use more or less identical, the dps on the blights is a bit higher but on the magnetars you have instead the advantage of lock down and that you can’t see the shots as well like the blight shots and with that you are way more deadly on the field…
You can’t fight against something you can’t see or just see too late…
Been running Frozen Dagon with 6 Sheriff Magnatars for awhile (Although mine is only MK2). It's fun 😊
I've run magnetar dagon and suprised how i never see it out there. The instant lockdown and damage is just outright naasty

You could compare blight VS magnetar VS tamer. But blight has no special effect acumulation.
The Mars, dragon and typhon hava a aegis Shield around the robot, and the Ares, Hades, Nêmesis and Dementer, have a Shield aegis or absorber around the area. Great video manni. I Will try this build. Thanks.

Magnetar is kinda similar to Redeemer in a sense that its the newest weapon of its family. Both are much better than Pulsar and Taran (Magnetar is basically equal to Pulsar, which shouldn't be the case). Dagon is insane with them

Manni, I think the Demeter shield is the biggest absorber, since it gets bigger than the usual if you teleport behind an ally.
I also run magnetar on Dagon, didn't know you would think to make such a setup

With the recent update the dot limit is gone. And now my whole health bar is in dot effect with only one deciever weapon. This game if fucked, but I LOVE YOUR CONTENT. will support in future too.

Hello, Manni! I am currently using Hazard/Blight in my Eldritch Ares. I suppose Pulsar/Magnetar is a best option?
By far Manni! They have lockdown which is extremely helpful in certain situations, decent damage, decent reload and ammo capacity and decent accessibility, not that hard or expensive to achieve them! A fair contender would be the Blight(I love those weapons) as well in terms of damage, reload and playability overall! Good stuff Manni! 🫡

I actually think the Eldritch Blight is extremely effective also. That's what I'm running currently and it always does extremely well. I run the Daredevil pilot skill and the shield still holds up very well.
I think they're both good builds but I think the Eldritch Blights do more damage overall. They just don't have the benefit of lockdown.
I got both but i get more success with the magnetar dagon. The consistent fire and instant lockdown is what does it i think.

Since tamer trickster are becoming more like shredder could you put 2 of each on a dagon to see how well it does for a video?

I myself have tested magnetar and tamers, they seem to have the exact same clip size and damage, tamer just unloads a LOT faster
But now with the nerf, magnetars might have a more close comparaison on damage per minute

These weapons on Nether, before it was nerfed to death, were so fun to play. Good punch, fast reload, and perfect aim. With nether moving everywhere super fast it was real fun. Not the same now...
I'm in low champs facing meta squads and still getting living legend streaks with my magnetar Nether. All a matter of how you play.

I always use a fully maxed Lynx with phaseshift and a thor ship to go against dagons and mars or a typhon with shield break and 4 jaw weapons as they got back their things breaking ochos
I did a video using the ares and using these types of weapons. It was insane

I have exactly such a dagon but with splinters and kestrel I can relate enemyes hate when they barely scratch my shield and afther I kill them they all drop something with shield break to kill that dagon. i love the boom boom from splinters 2-3 shots and ocho is gone😂😂😂😂😂

I actually think it won't be nerfed, as the new meta light weapons are almost always better than it. Magnetar has survived many rebalances and still holds up. Its honestly similar to redeemer, powerful, and not in nerf territory

I used magnetars on my Dagon till I acquired 3 tamers and I still use 2 of the magnetars
though one thing I did do with the magnetar setup is run a tamer to apply rust to stop the target from healing which was very effective and after the next update I might switch back to that

Rust is still the most overpowered piece of c..p
It has 15 seconds duration instead of 5 seconds. It has no immunity. The only way to counter it is to shift. But it can reapplied again immediately and again and again without any kinds of immunity
And you would think a effect this powerful only prevents like 20 or 25 % healing. Oh no they prevent 100% healing while they are supposed to only (only) prevent 90% healing

another good point of this weapon is: this is an old weapon, so most likely wont be nerfed by pixonic, and good to invest your resources on it. I have been using this with Blitz, and nowadays this is still effective against meta!!!
