- Following an accident on the streets of Bangkok, a Mercedes-Benz S-Class (W222) underwent repairs on a Celette bench with dedicated fixtures to replace its firewall, strut tower, and rail. This video showcases the on-the-job repair training of the apprentices under the guidance of a car body specialists.

Universal jig systems: with the MZ system Celette provides the choice between dedicated jigs and universal jigs. There is a reason for writing off. That rrepaired car would NEVER have good body integrity and 100% rust will come sooner. Much sooner.

Great place for young generation to learn how to properly conduct even heaviest repairs. On our channel we have more videos from that shop. Great work. Anyway the car body would never have same integrity and in case od colision nobody can predicts how it would behave. Factory weldingas are calculated EXACTLY and they can't be reproduced in ANY workshop. After this repair rust will come sooner too.

The technicians are always following the instructions from XENTRY WIS, which is internal program of Mercedes-Benz which can be accessed only by approved MB repair shops (Workshop Information System) where you can find exact guidelines on how to correctly conduct any repair on Mercedes cars. There is no other way to correctly repair Mercedes. Are you familiar with WIS?

Шутка юмора... на самом деле там в описаннии про обучение и т.д. что то написано... также в Азии рабочей силы много и она дешевая
))) С завода машина выходит на сварке и сварочных швах...а тут всё на заклёпках )))...и разве вот эта компания Mercedes-Benz Viriyah Cars Body Service даёт 100% гарантию на ремонт ???...Очень смешно...а вот эта самая компания не хочет сделать тэстдрайв данного автомобиля после ремонта ??? . Было бы интересно увидеть этот тэстдрайв на предельных нагрузках ))).
Судя по вашему комментарию вы совсем не знакомы с WIS (Werkstatt-Informations-System)
))) После такого ремонта эта машина не выдержит изначально заложенных характеристик по нагрузке на салон и ходовую часть...я так понимаю что у этого автомобиля ЭНЕРГОГАСЯЩИЕ ЭЛЕМЕНТЫ КОНСТРУКЦИИ )))... а такие элементы просто не ремонтируются...вы сами то хоть изучите все технологии ... Максимум что ждёт этот автомобиль...это продажа в России как не битого и не крашенного...да и в конечном итоге у заклёпок и сварочных точек ...разные назначения по применяемому металлу...а это явно не самолёт )))@@Celette

Schade. Im ersten Moment schaut es gut aus, doch dann wird begonnen mit Schweißen. Das war der erste große Fehler , da an versteckten Stellen das Material heiß wird und das Zink kaputt ist. Somit Rost. Der zweite große Fehler.....die hintere Einrichtung ist noch innen Verbaut , aber nicht abgedeckt bei diesen Arbeiten. Da sind Schäden absehbar. Besonders wenn mit jeder Art Bohrer oder Schleifer im und am Fahrzeig arbeitet . Schade Mercedes.... das spricht gegen Qualität
