I have watched almost the whole video and just now read the comments. I am feeling like my time is wasted and have to search for another video. No clear explanation. The functions are not at all explained well.
waah matlab kucch bhi? Disable interrupts matlab processess are interrupting so usko disable karna is disabling interrupt? That really cracked me up. That's the reason why so many engineers are unemployed. As long as people without any knowledge on the subject/concept will keep teaching (which is a very common scene in most of the engg colleges), yehi haal hoga students ke saath!
