This is very similar to Jose Silva’s method as well because right before we go to sleep we are in theta brain waves and right when we wake up so our brain is very suggestible great time to meditate!
Neville is very inspiring to listen to. However I’m 74 with a disability my past beliefs are so deeply rooted and it’s hard to believe I am the power as u see I need manifesting quickly cause I’m getting older.. Can’t this really happen to me.. thank u
