Thankyou! Im a buyer in Fort Worth. Plenty of money to purchase and experienced in the process. Agreed....it's nuts!! Just put in an offer today for %6 above ask. Have put in a few offers over the past couple of months. If we don't win, then March and April will come around with more opportunities. Thank you for your encouraging comments. I'm trying to move back to LA in the next few months, & I'm debating whether to sell my mom's house, or rent it for the steady income. I'll decide in April. Love your videos! Even though you're in LA, I'm being told all the time by a few people I've met down here, how much I could get for this house because Charleston's market is pretty hot as well.
