This Ikarus is in somethig like old polish PKS painting (it was without that small white lane), but we never had any two-door suburban Ikarus in Poland. Our special suburban version was 280.53 that was standard 4-door with gearbox you can see in Ikarus 250/255/256.

Do you mean that register plates from Zabrze? That's odd, isn't it? Oh, btw I've never ever seen an Ikarus 280 with those plates and even never heard of that bus, and I come from Piekary Śląskie, so it's only about 20 km from Zabrze 😉
