    I really need help, I am a professional paratransit operator. The customer service, drivers, and constant let downs....if you have any ideas....
    Again instead of promotions in the hierarchy, i stay a driver to 1 on 1 with the customers to make a difference.
    Still, I'm pushing water uphill!!!
