i am not blind .i tell truth even if its bitter. If he can Accept and improve its better for him. nobody would have ever told him ! ...he Is No doubt Very Respectable intelligent but his poor communication & body language makes people Uninterested to listen more his Preaching or Wisdom !

1. Good culture is to appreciate in public and to correct in private like KṚṢṆA corrected Indra in private. Also it was told to Arjuna that he must not kill Yudhistira but he must just criticise him so that his criticism will be equated to killing him.
You seem to have good intentions of suggesting what you think is right.. however.. our suggestions can be mailed.
I have learnt in Teacher Training Course that there should be hand movements body movements etc to make our presentation effective.
These devotees in saffron have given up their families just because there consider you, me and others as their brothers and sisters and mothers and daughters and sons given by KṚṢṆA. They are keeping aside all kinds of health problems aside and daily doing their online and offline service as per their timetable which is open to public.. Do we know their difficulties? Inspite of their difficulties they have all the time for us through preaching which is done with a lot of compassion, peaceful way, cool way.
Instead of seeing their sacrifices of many kinds and their regular services to us online if we consider their body language and their peaceful stress free speech with adequate pauses to make the point clear to audience, itself as a big flaw.. and we suggest it in a non palatable manner.. then we must understand it's not him, but we who have lot of scope to improve. To improve in our ability to see the good as we must not become like Daksa who found fault with very auspicious glorious Lord Siva..
Let's see the good in others not for their good because it calms our heart. Seeing the bad causes frustration and distress to us... if we see good in saintly selfless sacrificing brahmacaris then definitely we will have same tendency to find fault with everyone.. and that will unnecessarily cause a lot of problem to us, because holding on to criticism in heart is like holding the coal of fire in heart.. that fire burns us for sure..
I see that you seem to have good intention to help Prabhuji by giving suggestions.. but suggestions must be given in private and in a motivating way to junior kids also.. what to speak of selfless service oriented devotees like saintly Hg Radheshyam Prabhu.. we must see all the good in everyone including these saintly souls in order to get blessings of Lord KṚṢṆA

Japa talk is spoken early in the morning. Hg radheshyam Prabhu might be speaking the japa talk more spontaneously instead of prepared content. Also speaking on subtle topics is not cheap as some engineering or medical subjects. Subject is very vast and very subtle. Hitler might be a good orator but you what he was. You might not be knowing Radheshyam Prabhu. When he starts speaking, sometimes you cant hear so fastly that you miss out many points. Flight starts may be with low speed, but once it catches the altitude, no vehicle can compete . That is Radheshyam Prabhu. Don't play with fire, or else ashes also don't remain for huge temparature of the wrath of lord krsna as a reaction for offence at the lotus feet of pure devotees. Ys
