For context, Butter and Dynamite were released during the pandemic. Dynamite was at the peak, and they wanted to release something that resonated with everyone around the world (hence the full-English song) and brought some much needed positivity. Butter was a follow up single because we were still stuck in the pandemic. And Permission To Dance was the last of the English Trio that marked the END of the pandemic and resumption of concerts (Permission to Dance was also the name of their post-pandemic concerts).
Come to think of it, even Stay Gold was released as part of the MOTS7 Jp version, during the pandemic. Hence the "stay gold/ positive" message. You need to listen to everything they released during the pandemic with the pandemic in mind. ESPECIALLY everything from their album BE.

Great reaction - but I was surprised you didn’t know that BTS has two main dancers (which is unique) from the very beginning- J-Hope and Jimin. 👍 J-Hope serves as dancer leader running practices with his eagle eyes while Jimin works on staging at all their events and shows, improving choreo, and making sure everyone but especially RM and Jin dance and look their best. But Main Dancer is their title and they’re the tops; besides being frontline and best dancers, they’ve split up tasks just like the rap and vocal lines for those needs. Busy group.
butter was may 2021 and jin enlisted december 2022 so the time gap is not that close haha!! jungkook’s hair is long here because he’s always cutting it and growing it out so that wouldn’t really help you figure out what time things have been released 😭 in fact he cut his hair short like right after they filmed the mv for butter
Love Jimin's outfit in butter and his his denim outfit dynamic. Jimin's dancing always 🔥 , Main Dancer fr. Also their dynamite choreography is MJ inspired. You need to check out the live performances of dynamite , butter and stay gold.

These were all Covid era songs, especially the last two. They released several songs just to cheer people up and give good vibes. Permission to Dance is another one and the third of their trio of all English songs. Also, if you haven't seen it, you should check out the MV for Life Goes On. JK directed it.

Por la reacción y los comentarios, pareciera que Jimin cantó y bailó solo acá, los demás, fueron sombra nomás, especialmente en butter,desbordado fanatismo a uno solo, cuando son 7 los integrantes de BTS., otra cosa que me molestó,cada vez que le tocaba cantar a Jin cortaba el video,o se ponía a hablar,como si Jin no fuera parte importante del grupo,comentaba cualquier cosa, que su vestimenta era del los 80_90, que las imágenes,los colores,el perro, el dorado,los brillos etc.,etc.
