  • A quick simple project of how to make wooden clamps. They have a surprising bite Grrr. They are made using purple heart and cedar scraps and lots of glue.

    Sweet looking clamps! Now I know what to do with my scrap wood. Did you just use regular rubber bands?

      They are a heavy duty bushcraft rubber band.

      cheers. without the video you can make these clamps in 15 mins or so if you don't laminate pieces together (glue drying time) and use solid timber. The filming while making them took 21ish hours over 2 and half days. Great fun though and a test of patience.
