​@user-ix6ls9it6l go to the mudskipper cave and go past the acid water to a temple then talk to the girl. After you get her quest, go to the bandit camp at the top of the stairs, and above that camp on the mountain, there is a purple flame in a temple you have to interact with. After that, go back to her and talk to her, and then she will give it to you. Then, every time you make a new character, you get it at power 2.👍🏿
