I used keithley 6485 picoamp and I used your vdo to get VI for it. But, the data in txt file is only zero (four digit of current). My data is in nano or micro-amp. Can you help me to fixed it?

Why we put 16 as a constant
It depends how many bits you want . You can choose whatever constant of your use.

Use read data vi from instrument driver example instead simple visa read. You will get precise data up to all digit.
