The oblasts of Kherson, Zapporhzhzia, Donetsk, and Luhansk are now legally considered part of Russia so all of that land is Russian state owned. This land is some of the most fertile in the world. The remainder of the land in Ukraine is state owned at the present and it remains to be seen where the final borders are drawn including the lands in the future demilitarized area as to where this land is actually located. Zelensky may think that he has sold off the heritage of the state of Ukraine to US corporations and for his own self interest at the expense of the citizens of Ukraine but that remains to be seen.

Don't fool yourself. The sanctions were planned out beforehand by the Anglo-American Empire (decisions are made in London too, not only in Washington) in order to defeat Russia through economic war in a few months, because they thought Russia would win militarily and occupy much of Ukraine. The opposite happened: Russia didn't succeed in its Special Military Operation, yet its economy survived.

You forgot to mention that the Russian ammonia pipeline was destroyed on the territory of Ukraine after the grain deal have started, so the conditions of the grain couldn’t be fulfilled.
As for the second point - Putin already announced at the African forum that Russia is ready to supply its grain to Africa countries for free. He also mentioned that only 2% of the grain exported through the deal reached Africans countries, all the rest went to the western market that is why he didn’t consider it helped against hunger.

Before the war, most of the grain from Ukraine was going to Third World countries, but since the war, the majority goes to Europe.
Because actually, it’s not important that the grain goes directly to Africa but it’s more important that the green is on the market.
Because green sold like gold with an act, of course who is changing every second.
The market for green is always either the same or bigger than last year, because they are more and more people on this planet, and even when there is one percent less than normally on the market test it is high impact on the price, and this price is payable for us Europeans, but not for Third World countries.

Russia has foreseen this and has bombed the Reni port near Romania already.
No, you cannot bomb Russian ammonia pipeline and arm Ukraine, using Russian kind agreement in the Grain deal. Russia asked for safety of the ammonia pipeline, as one of the points in the Grain deal.
