Dear Sri Si. Thank you for teaching us important techniques on how to handle the mind and emotions. I am an African and I am one of the many Africans who has benefited from the techniques and more important the knowledge series. I encourage my fellow African brothers and sisters to try these techniques. Its 16 years worth of gratitude since my first program. I have no regrets. I have a better handle of situations and I am much calmer no matter what the circumstances. I pray for those who are ready for this type of solution to go for it.

1. Recognize the perfection within you, just need to remove cobwebs around.
2. To deal with day to day problems, know that such kind of problems have faced in past and came out of those, so can do so in future.
3. Invoke the valour 5:50, see the sufferings of the people around and yours may appear smaller. And that you are not alone in your problem.

I met him some years ago with Felix and a friend of ours on one of his visits to Costa Rica. After the event, we could meet him personally if we wanted. He hugged me, looked into my eyes and ask me two times, if I were happy in my life? When he entered the hall, his aura was tremendous, yellow and very strong, all of us could see that bright, yellow light surrounding him. It was the first time that I'd seen such a strong aura.
