- This is the Korg Kross version of my well known JMJ Sound Pack created for various Korg instruments in the last few years.
It's been a real challenge for me to recreate, virtually, the same experience on a such non-enthusiast keyboard like the Korg Kross
is.
I'm really happy with the results and I hope you will like them too.

hey dan these packs look awesome i am going to invest in one of these machines soon. i will buy Kross 2 (has some cool features) or Krome EX 61 key what do think is more suitable for someone as a first synth who wants a high quality sound :) regards Matt from UK.

Would it be possible to make an Industrial , Techno , Trance pack of patches for the Korg Kross at all please , I know it would take a lot of time , maybe too much time , but no harm in asking :)
Hey man, if you really go through all the programs on the Kross there are so many that are already of that ilk or can be modified to make them like that, just get into the manual and start tweaking. A lot of trance and techno producers made their own sounds with old 90s digital keyboards that aren't anywhere near as advanced as the modern Kross is.

Hi Manuel, will have the Kross 2 pack available soon. This version not work for KROSS 2 yet.

I'm fallen in love with JMJ music when I was young (I'm from 1976). I've tried to make something which looks like it with my Korg M1.
Today I only have an Ipad, do you think it is possible to obtain this kind of sound with it ?

Do you have lead packs for Kross?
is it working for any Korg's synth that have a EDS sound engine? M3, Radias, M50, Kronos, Krome, Kross1-2?
Hi Igor. Unfortunately is not compatible for other product like M50, M3, microStation, Kronos, even the same engine. Some old product not see the PCG and other product whitch can load the PCG not play correctly from different PCm order or programs order. Do you looking for JMJ pack for other KORG product then I heave already available?

Hi! Thank you for comment. No samples require. The pack work with internal resources.

@@Jptr8 For Krome JMJ pack I use a special sample loop to have the intro from Revolution Industry. Is only song with sample but I share in the pack other nice sample ready to be use in a programs.
Thank you! One more question, please! How created "laser harp elka synthex sync sound" in both versions? On internal resources too? Krome version sounds significant closer to original.
@@Jptr8 Is a combi with 3 programs, different filters and distortion. I made this sounds with different component, no samples. Was hard to do for Krome, Kross also is not real. I made a real one with same behaviour in Kronos single Al-1program.

@@polymoog800 Thanks. My KROSS 2 is currently under maintenance, (it got underwater) if it will be restored fine, I'll get this pack! Otherwise I'll move to Krome, i guess. Cheers.

Awesome patches/programs ! You need to learn some basic classical keyboard fingering methods, your playing is suffering from a severe lack of efficient technique, as a pianist of forty years plus, it is almost painful for me to watch because you are stretching your fingers into unnatural and potentially damaging positions, especially consequetive thirds. Try the 1,3 2,4 3,5 fingering exercises up and down and the 1,3 2,4 up and down exercises for scales in thirds and you won't need to shift your entire hand position as much. Incredible work on reproducing JMJ's synth sounds....
Maybe have right, the playing looking weird because some sounds are start from high velocity and need o be keep with a finger when playa a different zone. The damper pedal not help too much in this situation also I try to cover all complex sounds with two hands and few controls :-) Thanks.
@@polymoog800 I have a Kross 2 88 key and I want to get your amazing JMJ pack for my birthday, I create unique patches and combis from scratch also and was wondering if you have used samples from actual analog synthesizors to get some of these really authentic sounding early synth timbres or did you modify from existing OSCs in the keyboard itself ?
Hi Francis, thank you for interest. I don't use any samples for this pack. All sounds was created from internal OSC resources. Also I just convert the VINTAGE SYNTH and ORGAN pack for Kross 2.
