As a drummer myself i must say keep the the great work your really really good and i always smile at your videos 1 because of the songs you do covers on and 2 because of your facial expressions, but to be honest i watched you when i was younger and you wjere sort of the main reason why i started playing drums. Anyway keep up the great work

+Sandra Jensen there's like these little metal spiral thing which gives it this echoey snaring sound if you lower them it sounds like a bongo
The metal chains below the snare drum add the sound of extra tension without actually having to tense up the head...That's why it sounds really hollow when they don't connect with the bottom drum head, I believe in this video the snare is just tuned a tad off (As in it's not quite in tune with itself)

Great job on this one, I found you from your cover of Ode to Sleep, and now I get my favorite song off their new album.
I have also, in the couple months or so I have been subbed, I noticed the drums more in songs. I used to hear them, but never much payed attention to the different sounds by each and all, it's hard to explain but kind of cool to have a different experience with even older songs I have heard many times before :)

been playing the drums for 14 years myself. I love playing.. but you can't tell by the Expressions on my face when I'm playing unlike her. she seems so much in her element. fantastic percussionist. she sounds great and she looks fantastic doing it. my facial expressions just look like a fish out of the water when I'm playing. Lol. fantastic drummer keep up the work girl.
