Halvar is an interesting take on Tyr, the god of war (who we know little about)

Jorn definitely, he seems wiser than most of the Skoti. About the Kannah, how can they gather with the other clans in Bretagard if they can't leave the forest? Or does the forest surround the Stronghold?

It's not quite clear, but perhaps their meetings take place near the border of the feltmark and aldergard forest. Or maybe there is time enough to meet before the kannah's curse pushes them back to the forest

Another great video friend. Can't see what you do next time. What's your theory about Strixhaven? I know some people speculated kozilek stuff etc.

Gotta be Jorn followed closely by Tergrid. Their stories are pretty interesting, plus I love their alt art illustrations. And yours?

Well.... I thought I had read all the stories. Did you get those details on flavor text? Like the birth 9f Esika and Tergrid or Redaine's name

The legends of Kaldheim article that is linked in the description tells of Esika and Tergrid. Reidane was just inference

Gates of Istvell really doesn't need to enter tapped. I kinda hate how conservative the design of those lands were. Having Sphinx's Rev for two on a land is a fun little bit of utility, and it's not so powerful that the loss of the plains type and the cost of sacking a land doesn't make it strictly better than a standard plains. Sure, in a standard without fetches it might be better more often than not, but still, it's not so strong that the land needs to enter tapped. Lands are the fundamental building block of Magic, and approaching it with the design philosophy of making it occasionally playable in limited and standard, nothing else, is a terrible approach and it's a waste of design space. I appreciate that kind of conservatism with nonland cards, but if you're using an uncommon slot in a print run on a land, don't make it something that can be immediately dismissed without consequence. If they entered untapped I would love this land cycle
