Two questions. When you loosen the bolts for the struts does it throw off the alignment? Also why are the bolts not fitting into the Perrin strut mounts? It looks like they are sticking up quite a bit. I did notice you have the new design of the Perrin strut bar I have the original design. I don’t know if there will be a difference. I want the bolts to fit inside the strut mount holes without sticking up too high. Thanks

Doesn’t look like there is a decent amount of treads left on the screw for the nut to bite into. I’d use a small amount of lock tite and check often. Has yours backed off any?
While I agree with that concern, I'm not sure one would buy this brace for any "real" performance improvement. The fact that the tension has to be carried through those plastic end clips and hex screw doesn't really scream "confidence" to me. But at least it is a nice looking part!!

I just make decals, no shirts really, I could do designs for shirts though.

blue thread locker on the two nuts holding the bar in place? since the mounting ends are thick, you no longer have all threads of the nut on each stud; therefore, some blue threadlock would be nice piece of mind to keep them in place. And since its the blue stuff, it will break away when force is applied. Although, now there is orange thread lock that has the holding power of red, but the releasability of blue.
I like your videos, keep up the good work! This is one of the good WRX channels for sure! Absolutely digging that front setup with the canards, lip, and splitter. Still trying to decide what lip to get for mine.

Just bought this. Hasn’t arrived. Do you think there is enough thread left to successfully tighten down the strut nuts? Have you retightened since installing?
