- Basically back to normal activities. Slowly getting back into my workout routine. I have a dull pain at most, and it could be due to other factors other than the surgery. I'll check back with y'all in a week or so.
One of the most common questions asked to me is, "can you feel the mesh inside you?" and my answer is no. I can't even tell it's there.
Hello. I've had laproscopic hernia surgery too and today it's Day 8 and I am having some discomfort and low pain due to mesh probably. In how much time it will go away?
It went away fully after a month or so. Just rest and don't rush things. Let the healing process take it's course. Eat healthy, get enough sleep, and most importantly don't stress yourself out!
